Future vision for the city’s 12-mile main artery to the Northeast, melding transit, connectivity, social equity, green infrastructure, and economic development. Key proposals include a dedicated transitway, and the redevelopment of six distinct sites totaling 800-acres into mixed TOD’s, including workforce housing and community services.
